Jim and Alisha were the Best. It was scary selling my house, but they made it so easy. Any questions were answered immediately. If you're selling a house you won't find better realtors. They're both wonderful.

I don't have enough kind words about Jimmy Davis. So I guess a small story of my experience with him will have to do.

First he got us an AMAZING deal on our house, which we were told couldn't be done. That's not to mention that he was positive and supportive of our whole process.

We had to relocate to get this house, so we had to move our cars. Of course they came too early, we didn't know what to do. They said they were going to have to send them back if he couldn't accept them. So Jimmy literally stopped what he was doing so he could get the keys for us.

Then we needed a ride from the airport, and of course you guessed it Jimmy was there to pick us up, gave us a tour of the city and got us a closing present.

All I can say is thank you Jimmy!

And also to everyone looking for a realtor, this man cares. He is the real deal, if you want a realtor that will be in your corner every step of the way, this is your guy. You won't be disappointed!

I live in Tulsa, OK and had to sell my father's house in Wichita after his death. Jimmy took care of everything for me. I did not have to make a single trip to Wichita during the pendency of the sale. Jimmy met with the handyman for repairs, handled all of the communications, offered good advice, and overall did a great job.

I've heard horror stories when it comes to searching and buying a home, but I have to say working with Jimmy on finding out perfect home was the complete opposite. He was available at all hours of the day for any questions or doubts we had. When I found the home I loved he got us in for a showing within an hour and we immediately put an offer and bought our home under the appraised value!
