We were thinking about selling our 2nd home in CA. I researched realtors in our area in Desert Crest community and I interviewed Jim Sadler a couple times talking over the phone. So easy to talk to and really experienced in many home concerns. We listed our home with Jim Sadler and he took very good care of us! We had open houses and it seemed like every other call we got from our realtor he was telling us we had another offer! It got us excited to know other people liked our home as much as we did. We were selling because of family health issues and this last week we closed on our little home in Desert Crest in Desert Hot Springs CA. We are so happy to have less worry and less payments on utilities etc. If you are wanting to find a trustworthy realtor then Jim Sadler is the way to go!! Thanks again, Jim.
