JJ Hamilton brought a buyer for a property in Rochester, WA. that I had listed. This was an older manufactured home on 1 1/4 acres. These aren't the easiest kinds of properties to get financed. But JJ showed true professionalism throughout the entire process as well as his knowledge. There were several issues along the way and he communicated effectively with me and the seller to effect the closing of the sale. He was always pleasant and professional. A pleasure working with him!

Although my sale didn't go completely text book "language barrier with the buyer" not his fault. I had good clear constant communication every step of the way, he even checked in while on his honeymoon. I cant recommend JJ enough to be your agent..... you wont be disappointed

JJ sold our 90 year old parents house for them. They were very impressed with his professionalism and caring ways. They had lived in that house for 60 years. JJ was sure to tell them that the new owners were very excited to purchase this home. JJ was very easy to communicate with, answered all our questions .

JJ worked his rear off getting our place sold. We were under contract once when the first prospective buyers lacked finances to seal the deal. In no time at all, JJ had another buyer under contract. Boy, JJ had his work cut out as some of the property was labeled as flood zone, and a property line attempted intrusion by a neighbor, had slowed the process a bit, but in the end all was cleared up and the sale went through.
If you want a Realtor that will practically run through a brick wall, JJ is the one you need!

Working with JJ to sell our home was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. JJ made sure to ask every question possible about the property to ensure the listing was absolutely perfect! Our home was listed with a showing the same day and several more the next. We had multiple offers to pending within 2 days and sold within 13 days. He made sure to get us the highest dollar possible for our home. The process was smooth and his communication with us was amazing. JJ worked hard to help us find a place. He listened to what we wanted and the price range. Even after seeing several places, he continued to work with us and never tried to force us into something that we didn't want or couldn't afford. He didn't try to sugar coat a house that wasn't worth what the seller was asking. He would give a honest opinion of the houses that we looked. After the sale, he even recommended a person to help us with some of repairs and improvements to our new house.

We could not have asked for a better agent. We ran into so many problems with our loan officer (now that would be a much less happy review!) and were so worried about losing our house because we were unable to close on time. JJ did everything he could for us and we’ve been happily in our home for over six months now. We wouldn’t even consider using a different agent for future transactions, we got lucky the first time!
