She is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has received her CRS and CRB designations. She is past President of the Bay County Association of REALTORS; and the founding president of Central Panhandle Women's Council of REALTORS network; and was also their Career Development Chairperson. Jo Ann had the privilege of serving as a member of the Bay County Economic Development Alliance which is part of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Jo Ann also has been named Broker of the Year for the Bay County Association of REALTORS in 2005, 2010, 2013 and 2017 and had the honor of being REALTOR Citizen of the Year in 2011.
