A resident of Venice for over four decades, Jo-Anne is proud to live, work, and play in a community named one of “America’s Happiest Seaside Towns.” As a Realtor® for more than thirty-five years, Jo-Anne has been helping customers navigate the real estate scene, specializing in the areas of Venice, Nokomis, Laurel, and Osprey. Recognized as “Realtor of the Year” by the Venice Board of Realtors and “Top Real Estate Team” for the Venice office since 2007, she is known for her all-or-nothing approach – getting the job done with hard work, integrity, and dedication.
Originally from Boston, her family relocated to Largo, Florida where Jo-Anne was raised. Prior to real estate, Jo-Anne was a pioneer in Nuclear Medicine Technology, working with radioactive drugs for diagnostic testing. For seven years, she excelled, employing the same all-or-nothing approach, and reaching the top of her field. Wanting more, her parents owned a real estate office and suggested she get her license. She took to the idea, delighting in the daily interactions with her customers, and never looked back. She is now a Broker-Associate and has earned the GRI and C2EX designations signifying her in-depth market knowledge, and professionalism.
Jo-Anne is highly active with the Venice Area Board of Realtors, currently serving as President and has served on Data Services, Finance committees, past Treasurer and Director. She is a proud contributor to the MSC Foundation. Outside of real estate she enjoys boating and crafting. Most of all she loves spending time with her children, Kristen, and Joey, and her four beautiful granddaughters.
