She began in real estate renovating houses and building homes in and around Houston. She knew then that she was committed to the business and soon she had her real estate and then brokerage license. Joan’s entrepreneurial spirit continued and she started a boutique brokerage company. Her fresh set of eyes on Houston neighborhoods gives her the ability to recognize the possibilities in all corners of our city. Her success is driven by her philosophy of focusing on the quality of relationships over quantity.
