We can not share enough positive comments about our experience working with Joan. INITIATIVE is the way I'd describe her. Joan noticed we had our cottage listed with a company that ended up closing. SHE CONTACTED US to say "I noticed you used to have your place listed" and asked if we would like to re-list it because the original real estate company is no longer in business. We had next to no response/service from our first listing experience so we agreed to relist and give it a try with Joan. Sure enough our place sold. She took the time to know her market, see what was going on and reached out to us. We never had to ask questions because she anticipated them and asked us first. She kept us up to date on all appointments and even went the extra mile to prepare for Covid19 safety measures when showing our cottage at Veranda Beach. We are thankful for Joan, her initiative & her service. We would 100% use Joan Cool, Sun Lakes Realty again.
