We highly recommend Joan Cota to be your next realtor. We have had Joan sell two houses for us in the last five years. She did an excellent job on both sales. The first home we sold was our family home for 22 years. It was hard to say goodbye to that house. Joan was very understanding. Joan brought us a qualified buyer the first day. She did a great job on the market analysis because our home sold to that buyer for 97% of the asking price to a prequalified buyer. We never had an open house or had multitudes of people coming through. The house just simply sold. Quite a relief. The second house Joan sold for us was our mother's house. She had been in it for 37 years. Joan listed the house on a Monday and by Monday night we had two above asking price offers. It made Mom's transition so much easier for all of us. How does she do it? We think it's a combination of experience, knowledge, being someone you can trust and knows her business. We would choose Joan again. You should too.
