Joan Cox

Joan's career began in 2002 after working eight years as a District Manager for a well-known Fortune 500 Company. Her desire for years had been to become a Realtor. So, after becoming an empty nester, she followed her passion, without hesitation, to become a Real Estate Agent. Joan's dream was actualized in 2002 when she became licensed as a Real Estate Agent. At that time, she began working with a brokerage on the near west side of Chicago, near The University of Illinois Campus. While there, she became a specialist in rentals and residential sales. Her greatest joy is working with first-time home buyers.

Most recently, she received her license as a Managing Broker and opened J. C. Cox Realty. As your Real Estate Specialist in rentals, property management, residential sales, short sales, and (reo) real estate-owned sales; she promises to be your trusted resource for answers about the process of buying or selling. Joan will provide expertise concerning neighborhood features and schools. She will also target your individual needs and wants.
