Joan helped me find a new home and also sell my current home. She was amazing to work with! With regard to the search for a new home, she was very patient as the description of what I was looking for evolved over the course of my search. For both transactions, she followed up with the other parties, as necessary, made sure that all the paperwork was in order and that I did what I needed to do within proscribed timeframes. Joan was easy to communicate with -- she responded to my many questions very quickly, kept me up to date concerning the status of both negotiations and passed information along to me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Joan Culbertson.
