Joan Donahue

Joan Donahue has been Listing and Selling Real Estate for over 20 years. Joan has lived in the Admiral’s Hills area, in Chelsea, for the past 16+ years and previously enjoyed 17 years in a lovely Charlestown Navy Yard townhouse. Joan is an expert in the Charlestown and Chelsea areas, as well as in and around Boston, Greater Boston, and the North and South Shores.

Prior to Real Estate, Joan worked in advertising, marketing and sales for several large advertising agencies and publishing companies. Joan's prior experiences have made her extremely service-oriented. She is always available for her clients and takes great care in listening to her buyers and seller’s needs. She treats every buyer and seller personally. A home is a big deal and she wants it to be a great experience. Joan is skilled in market research, is detail-oriented, analytical and compiles it all together in an understandable and meaningful way.

Joan is a member of Friends of City Square in Charlestown, the Charlestown Waterfront Coalition, a Board Member of Friends of Mary O'Malley Park at Admirals Hill, a Trustee of Breakwater Trust Condominium Association, as well a member of the Admirals Hill Site Committee. She also contributes to the following charities: American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the Animal Rescue League.
