About Joan

Joan began her Real Estate Career in 1998. Her husband, Mark, is a residential builder and needed a Real Estate Agent to list his homes - and who better to do that for him! Joan specializes in Residential, Vacant Land, Commercial, Foreclosures, and Estate Properties. She lists and sell properties in the Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland, and Lapeer County areas.

From 1998-2002 Joan worked at a real estate firm in the Richmond area. During this time, she obtained the following certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Associate Broker's License. Joan pursued her goal of becoming a Broker/Owner, and the owning of her own office in July 2003.

Joan wants to meet the individual needs of all her clients and represent them with a high degree of professionalism and service. This has proven to be the key to her success, and she will continue to strive to do so. Joan enjoys working with the many referrals she has received from past clients. She enjoys collecting antiques, boating, snowmobiling and taking time to relax with her family.
