Choosing the correct realtor does make a difference and I understand you have a choice. Because of this, I strive to provide outstanding service with exceptional results. My primary focus is to assist sellers to obtain the highest price with the best possible terms on their home sale. Market preparedness and strong negotiation skills are two key strengths in this process.
Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in the social services field earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, graduating with top honors. I’ve spent many years advocating for and counseling abused, neglected, and at-risk youth. I have been a licensed foster parent, Big Sister for BBBS, and a CASA volunteer for Pro Kids.
Although my formal education was in social work, my underlying passion has always been real estate. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, with a love for building, development, flipping homes and design, Real Estate is in my blood. My husband has spent his career as a custom home builder and master remodeler in Greater Cincinnati. This direct connection and involvement in the building process continues to fuel my love for housing.

My husband Brian, son Nash and I reside in Dearborn County, Indiana. We truly enjoy the building process whether it be for us or one of our clients. We have built 6 homes for ourselves personally. We also own several rental properties in Harrison, OH and have enjoyed improving them.
Nash graduated from East Central High School and Southeastern Indiana Career center in the Heavy Equipment Operator Program. He is currently working as an operator for a local Harrison company. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves hunting, target shooting, fishing, and boating.
As a family we love spending time with extended family and friends. Cooking and entertaining is a passion and therapeutic for all. Our favorite family vacation spot is our little house at Lake Cumberland. We love boating, skiing, wake boarding and all that comes with it.
