Joan is amazing to work with! She would send me listings daily as well as reach out often for updates on homes we were interested in. Shes certainly honest with you, you don't feel rushed or like you're being lied to for a quick sale. She shares so much knowledge you almost feel like you're the one showing the house. She's extremely patient with any wild requests you might have as well, and works so hard to find places that meet your requirements. Not to mention the iron fist she has with the sellers/mortgage companies you're not likely to be screwed over with her on your side thats for sure. I was a first time home buyer when I had Joan as my agent and I would genuinely only recommend her, the few i tried out prior paled in comparison with knowledge, availability, friendliness, and affirmation. She won't give up on you and you will get what you want and then some.

It was an honor working with Joan. My husband and I had recently married and decided to buy our first home. I was referred to Joan by a dear friend of mine, who she also helped find a home. She is polite, professional, and honest. She communicated with us step by step through the process. She was able to give us information on things in home that were in great conditions and items that would need to be completed. She stayed within our budget and never tried to push a home on us we did not like. She was persistent in her search and selected great homes for us to view. She had all the resources we needed when it came to inspections and maintenance for our home. Our home is beautiful and we love it. We were able to find a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. We will definitely be reaching out to Joan again when we decide to sell!!!

I have known Joan for the last twenty years. Most of my family over the years has used her when buying or selling a home.
My girlfriend and I bought a home from Joan a year ago last month, February 2020. Joan is very calm, levelheaded, professional, and got everything done.
The seller only gave us four weeks to make the closing happen. I have no reservations endorsing her as an agent.

Joan found our dream home! We told her exactly what we were looking for and she took us to all the homes that fit the bill.
