Joanie McIntire

After residing for more than twenty years in Hopkinton, Joanie moved to Concord's West End. In the fall of 2008, she started her career in Real Estate and quickly became an Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker J. Hampe Associates. She has enjoyed working with sellers in the Greater Concord and Manchester areas. Buyers have allowed her to work in a wider range of the state including vacation properties on Lake Sunapee, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the NH Coast. She has also worked as far south as Londonderry and as far west as Dublin. Joanie is the Cartus Relocation specialist in the office and has helped families find a new home in their new state of NH. In 2013, she was the International Sterling Circle Award winner by Coldwell Banker.
