She bought her first historic home and put it back together again more than 30 years ago; it’s been a love affair ever since. Her career began with East Coast restorations, later to waterfront properties and sustainable land development in the Puget Sound area of Washington state and then to in-city Seattle neighborhoods in 2000. Having lived, worked, raised a family and played in these neighborhoods, she is very familiar with their unique characteristics, understanding and answering "what does it feels like to live there". Known for creative problem solving, market knowledge and commitment, her comprehensive customer service and scope of vision ensures that her clients realize their concept of home across all property types and price points, whether they are moving to, from or within Seattle. Her particular areas of expertise are in remodeling period homes and working with relocation clients. Her clients become friends and repeat customers for life.
