Joann provides professional real estate services in the Mahoning Valley and Northeast Ohio, spanning her services in over 6 counties. Joann is mostly known by two very familiar nicknames, "JoJo" and "Jo". These nicknames were given to her by her beloved grandfather and have stuck with her all through her adulthood. Feel free to call her Joann, JoJo, or Jo.

The Mahoning Valley is home to JoJo. She was born in raised in Warren, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of Howland High School. She has maintained a home in Mahoning County since 1992 and owns a vacation home in Geneva on the Lake. Following High school, JoJo attended Kent State University, where she graduated with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. She later attended Youngstown State University's Real Estate Program and became licensed in the State of Ohio in April of 2017.

You can find her traveling from the Mahoning Valley to Lake Erie as she helps clients with their home-buying and selling journeys all throughout Northeast Ohio. Being that the Mahoning Valley is Home to JoJo, she is well-versed in the area. To prove her dedication to Real Estate, JoJo was a recipient of the Ohio REALTORS 2021 President's Sales Club award, which just over 10 percent of Ohio's real estate professionals have attained. JoJo has also received the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification, giving her clients the upper hand when it comes to negotiating.

When JoJo is not on the road serving clients, you can find her roaming Walnut Beach photographing the gorgeous Lake Erie sunsets or collecting sea glass with her best friend and dog, Jack. Or you can find her hiking the beautiful trails of Mill Creek Park. JoJo is passionate about photography, cooking, entertaining, and wine.
