Joanna was nothing short of extraordinary! It's easy to say an agent is good when it's a standard home purchase but she was my buyers' agent for an absolute nightmare of a purchase. The lender kept making mistakes, the sellers were tyrants, the sellers agent was a bully, and the process required 2 additional transactions which all were required to be completed in 30 days. It's situations like these where the best agents rise to the top and earn the title of "The Best." Joanna is The Best! She guided us through the offer process to provide a competitive and complete offer, which the sellers accepted. She continually battled with the lender's loan officers, questioning their assertions which often led to them dropping unreasonable demands. Joanna would react within minutes to any issue that came up, and was able to link us with an exemplary mortgage broker and real estate lawyers to help us. Her skills, relationships, and reputation helped build a team who eventually defeated the sellers, made the lender do their job, kept the sellers agent in check, and we closed in time with a very, very lovely gift basket. Without Joanna, there is absolutely no way we could've closed on time. She saved us and the deal. This is all to say, when you choose Joanna, you're not just choosing 1 agent, she's bringing an entire network with her to make sure you're taken care of and protected. Joanna is, The Best!

Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. My family and I were working with a very tight deadline to look for a house - 4 days. Joanna got us into the house, let us do a second look, and helped us close all within a week. She was very prompt and responsive. Joanna answered any questions we had about the home, and she made sure we got the best price for our home. Now our home does need some updates, a new roof, and deck. We asked Joanna about that, and she has a guy for everything! One stop shop. Amazing realtor and overall genuine person. If you’re looking for someone to help buy your next home, I highly recommend Joanna.

Joanna did an amazing job helping us buy our home recently! My husband and I appreciate her excellent communication, keeping us informed throughout every step of the process. She is very knowledgeable of the area and school system was able to give us advice on the best preschools for our youngest son and a wealth of other information that will be useful when we move.
Joanna was always responsive and answered all our questions (I was a first-time home buyer, so I had a lot of them).

We ran into an unexpected issue at the last minute with the house needing some repairs. We were given an estimate for it to be taken care of, which we were fine with. Later, when I asked Joanna about payment, she replied, "Repairs are done. No fee necessary." She had personally taken care of the repairs herself in order to save us money and ensure the repairs were completed on time. Talk about going above and beyond for your client...she takes care of business!! We were amazed that she did that and hadn't even mentioned it until I pressed her about who I needed to pay. Clearly, she didn't want the credit. She just wanted to get the job done (on time). That's the kind of agent you get with Joanna - a driven, self motivated, problem solver, with experience to successfully guide you through the home buying process.

It was a pleasure working with Joanna, and we will highly recommend her to anyone we know.
