She has worked in real estate her entire adult life. She has been licensed since 1994 and has been practicing full time since 2012 representing both buyers and sellers with over 25,000 hours of experience. Prior to being a Realtor, she worked in multi family; she was the Deputy Executive Director for the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, a Property Manager, and has a college degree in Real Estate. JoAnna originally hails from Jamestown, NY (home of Lucille Ball), is in her 36th year of marriage, and has two amazing children (ages 22 & 27).

In April of 2023, JoAnna purchased a NextHome Franchise, NextHome Serene Living, dedicated to building a small niche real estate firm focused on people.

We asked JoAnna what she loves best about real estate, "I absolutely love that I can make such a positive difference in people's lives - whether I'm helping a family find their dream home or assisting another family in selling, so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives. I am able to build life-long relationships and it's extremely rewarding from start to finish. People need someone to champion their needs and wishes - I make that a priority." She doesn't like to boast, but her sales volume ranks in the top 10% for the Charlotte Metro market; selling millions of dollars in real estate every year.
