She is so personable, extremely knowledgeable, confident, and one you can trust with all your heart. What a blessing it is to know her and get the opportunity to have her support, her kind hearted will to educate, and to always lead us in the best possible direction. We had the BEST care with JoAnna, NO doubt at all. She is someone you can count on and will always have your best interest at heart. She never fails to make time for you and always wants you to feel comfortable with every single step of the process. She always made sure we were never taken advantage of and if it was seen coming by other parties, she would cut that off right away. Just when I thought there was no hope ever finding a place of my home, in stepped Joanna!!! Joanna went over and beyond any of my expectations of working with a realtor. JoAnna made the home buying process so easy for us! We went under contract in March and didn’t close until Mid June! She stayed in contact with us the entire time and was there for us at all hours of the day to answer any questions. She didn’t waste our time with places that didn’t meet our needs!
