Joanna Rizoulis

Joanna Rizoulis has built her impressively successful real estate career on a solid background in law and management. She is a graduate of Bowdoin College and St. John's Law School and spent 5 years managing the Sotheby's Katonah and Chappaqua offices. Joanna's perspective is driven by uncompromising ethical standards; she has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the local Board of Realtors for more than ten years.

Westchester born and raised and a graduate of Scarsdale High School, Joanna firmly believes the county offers the best of everything to buyers at every price point, and from all locations. Since 2009, she has partnered with Sotheby's Associate Broker Amy Smith-Sroka, specializing in properties in Northern Westchester as well as Putnam and Duchess Counties. Working as a collaborative team, these two seasoned professionals provide buyers and sellers with incomparable service and the benefit of their combined expertise. Their marketing skills, in-depth knowledge of their territory, and an open-minded approach to structuring transactions results in confident, satisfied buyers and sellers.

An active community participant, Joanna served for almost a decade on the Board of the Oak Lane Child Care Center and has volunteered for the Northern Westchester Shelter and is an active volunteer for the Chappaqua PTA. She currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
