I highly recommend Joanna Sibley. I've been working with Joanna for the past few months, and she has been extremely helpful in helping to prepare my family's house for sale. She provided recommendations for handymen to perform repairs, a cleaning service, and provided valuable assistance throughout the process of selling the home. We couldn't be happier with the outcome...we had a contract one day after the property was put on the market, and we settled at a price significantly above the listing price. My husband and I had the pleasure of first working with Joanna in 2009 as first time homebuyers. She represented the seller on a home we had been looking at in Newport News and we liked her so much after meeting her to discuss the listing, that we asked her to represent us for our home search as well! In 2021, we decided to sell our home after renting out the property for two years and without any hesitation, we chose Joanna again to represent us as our listing agent. We have been living in Florida since 2018 so our listing process was facilitated entirely remotely. Joanna went above and beyond countless times to ensure our home was ready for listing and represented us admirably throughout the entire process. We loved our experience working with Joanna. She quickly learned what we were looking for and helped identify properties for us. Being that we were not local to the area, she even attended several open houses for us and took video/pictures so that we could get a feel for the homes! Fantastic realtor! Very personable. Buying a home can be a stressful experience. Having a realtor who has your best interest as if it where their own will eliminate most all of those stressors. That’s said, I never had to follow up, she always had answers and when unable she was persistent in hunting it down. She always kept us in the know regardless of where we were in the process. When I asked for unbiased opinion she was honest. We never felt like “clients” I’d highly recommend her to anyone who's looking to purchase.
