It was a long four months but as a buyers agent she worked relentlessly. Daily looking at new listings, doing research and relaying tons of information. As a firefighter, my job involves construction knowledge along we with being handy. JoAnne surprised me more than a few times identifying problems with the home and her knowledge of older homes.

Not only did she help me find the right house she clearly deterred me from several wrong house.

I will use her again for investment properties
