Joanne is AWESOME! I don't know where to begin! She would not rest until she found the perfect home for my wife and me. Joanne was very patient with us, she always made herself available no matter the time of day and never pushed us to buy a home that we did not love. We looked at several homes together (I feel like she showed us half of Bergen County!) Joanne was always honest with her opinions and knew exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire experience, she never grew frustrated or rushed us by any means. As a first time homeowner, the experience was difficult but Joanne always made us feel comfortable, informed and looked out for our best interest. We now own a home that we absolutely love! Joanne was extremely helpful to us as we were purchasing our new home! In addition to being very warm, friendly and personable, she was very knowledgeable and helped us through the daunting process of purchasing a new home. She always made sure the process was moving along as quickly as it could and communicated with us frequently to inform us of any updates. She communicated with all parties, including our lawyer, the bank and the seller. If we had any questions or issues arise Joanne was very responsive and would work quickly and efficiently to resolve the matter. When it came down to negotiating for certain items to be included/repaired Joanne was persistent and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction.
