My experience with John Hoye as my listing agent (broker) was an absolute pleasure. Working with John gave me the feeling that we were working as a team with a common goal. He was always available and very responsive to my requests, provided helpful guidance throughout the process, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and that the home was best-positioned to attract serious buyers as opposed to tire-kickers. No concern of mine was too big or too small for John to address, and he did address all of my concerns in a timely, professional, and cooperative manner. Following the loss of my Mom we were faced with dealing with selling the estate. Being from out of state I needed to interview and select professionals who could handle the sale and provide suggestions on vendors who could handle cleaning out the estate and provide other services needed to prepare the house for sale.
