When you meet me, you see a passion for helping people. I am energetic, focused and excited to use my diverse background in customer service, quality, management and teaching to support people through one of the most important decisions they make in their lifetimes. I am driven to find the perfect home for a family and seeing their joy as they move in; or listing a home appropriately by portraying the home such that it sells quickly and at the optimal price. Growing up in Upstate New York, I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Science in Applied Mathematics. I have lived in the North Dallas area for 25 years with my husband and two children. My daughter, a recent graduate of Southwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Arts in Music works as an Embryologist at Dallas Fertility Associates. My son is attending Oklahoma University to pursue his Masters in Aerospace Engineering. My parents also now call Texas their home and live in Fairview, Texas in a lovely over 50 Active Community, Heritage Ranch.

I will take the time to explain clearly not only every step of the process, but any additional information needed to make informed decisions. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Prior to my career in education, I worked in an industry where customer service was paramount. This was the favorite part of my job! Taking care of my clients’ needs throughout the entire process of buying and/or selling is the most important thing I do in Real Estate! I take immense pleasure in forming strong relationships and providing the best real estate experience. AVAILABILITY: I communicate by text, calling or email and answer questions or take care of any concerns right away. I am most usually available 7 days a week to find you that home before others do and to make sure your real estate transaction flows smoothly. Using my organization skills and attention to detail, I make sure that WE are prepared for every step, eliminating the need for last minute decisions and firefighting. If you're looking for a realtor that will give you peace of mind Joanne is the one for you. My husband and I bought our first home this Spring 2024 and without Joanne's guidance we would have been a mess. We were overwhelmed with the process of purchasing a home but Joanne made this the most beautiful transition. From private showings, walking us through paperwork, fighting for the home we wanted etc. she was our advocate for all the phases our our home purchase experience. She really did "Bring Us Home!"
