Joanne Madden

Joanne moved from the Midwest to Marin County in 1980 and made it her home. She started her real estate career over 19 years ago and has consistently been a top producing agent here ever since. Before diving into real estate, Joanne had a brief teaching career and spent over 18 years in advertising, corporate communications, account management, and marketing, running her successful marketing and representation firm for commercial directors, composers, and photographers.

Joanne's expert knowledge of the Marin real estate market, coupled with her strong negotiating skills make her a powerful ally when her clients evaluate what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives -- the sale or purchase of a home. The mother of two grown daughters, Joanne has been involved in both her community and area schools as an active volunteer. Aside from her passion for real estate, Joanne enjoys documenting local Marin County landscapes with her watercolors and photography, while bird watching and hiking all over Marin County. Having overseen the remodel of several properties as a real estate investor herself, Joanne also enjoys finding creative solutions for home improvement.
