Highly likely to recommend Joanne and I met in Jan. 2014. My daughter and I expressed what I was looking for in a home. She showed us exactly was we had requested and we found a location and complex that I liked. However, there was nothing available at that time. We went back to Wisconsin. Joanne then proceeded to put out feelers to neighbors in the complex that I liked. She eventually found someone that needed to sell their home because of health reasons and I was a Florida resident the following month. Had a great experience with Joanne and would definitely recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell. THANKS JOANNE, LOVING MY FLORIDA HOME!!

Highly likely to recommend - via Zillow Joanne has been honest, professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout our entire experience and process. I feel like I've known her forever. I can honestly say over the pass couple of months we are now friends. I started looking on-line and Joanne reached out to me right away with a phone call. She was never pushy, but always staying in touch and answering questions. (She is the only one that made it a personal touch.) I met her when I flew down from Ohio for a weekend to view potential homes to buy for our retirement. We saw about 10 homes in 1 day and back to the 1st home (which is the one we bought) at the end of the day. Upon my return home to Ohio, my husband and I decided on our new home and the process began. Joanne was there constantly for help and encouragement. I bet I was on the phone with her daily with lots of questions and guidance. This was the 1st home we have bought in 41 years. Wow, what a change.
