I contacted Joanne to assist me in purchasing a home. She was such a pleasure to work with. I was in somewhat of a unique situation. I had taken a job with a governmental entity that required me to live within its borders by a certain deadline. I liked the fact Joanne was open to showing me properties anywhere in the Chicagoland area. I narrowed my search to the northwest suburbs. I really waited quite late to begin a home search, so I needed to look almost every weekend over about a four-month period. I believe it snowed the first weekend Joanne and I planned to view properties. She had no problem dashing through the snow to meet me at the properties we planned. Overtime, we viewed so many properties (probably at least 40 properties in six different villages) partly because my priorities kept changing. Never did I feel any pressure or frustration on Joanne’s part. She knew how to gently nudge me to keep me on track without being overbearing. I finally found a property and was under contract, but the due diligence phase of acquiring details of the property revealed issues I was not comfortable with. I felt like I was back to square one. Of all the properties I had seen, there was this one place I really liked. Joanne instinctively knew this was the place for me, but I had to make that decision myself. I hesitated too long, and the property had gone under contract with someone else. However, it just so happened when I resumed my search after my first contract fell through, the placed I really liked came back on the market. This time without hesitation I made an offer, and I am now enjoying my new home. Would I recommend Joanne to a friend? Absolutely! I already have.

Joanne both helped us find our current home and sell our previous one. She did both with her knowledge of the market, hard work, and patience with us as both buyers and sellers. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her fully.

Joanne is an excellent realtor. She responds quickly and is there during every step of the process. She helped us buy a new home as well as sell our old home. She was a pleasure to work with!
