I've read and heard so many good and five-star reviews about her on Real Estate transactions. Until I experienced it myself. I literally did not do anything; she did everything for me from preparation; renovation; hauling, cleaning; staging and even appliances deliveries. She has a pool of trusted and licensed contractors behind her. She even designed the bathroom renovation and personally monitored the whole process. As soon as my property was ready; she managed the marketing with her professional photographer and videographer. She used all sorts of social media for the promotions aside from MLS. In just six days, we received an offer and closed in less than a month. She ran all the numbers with me and all I needed to do was go to the settlement and sign all the documents. She is very professional and takes the load of worries off me. I've bought and sold homes before and this experience is all worth it in my book.
