Our sale could not of been more complex. Estate sale, long court process, starting/stopping proceedings…but Jodi handled it all masterfully! I was shocked at how well she navigated all the barriers and got us more than we could of hoped for. She was very communicative and has an excellent network of partners to cover almost every contingency.

I am so glad that Jodi and I found each other! She dove right in with me as a first time home buyer. She put together portfolios of houses in different cities and of all sizes so I could get my bearings and figure out what location and type of house might suit me. Jodi is a knowledgeable and patient teacher. She helped me see complications and bonuses I wouldn't have understood on my own and guided me to figure out what I was really looking for and needed.

Jodi is a strong advocate. She wouldn't let me overbid on a house that wouldn't assess for the asking price--even when it would have benefited her. She pushed seller's agents for background information, called out inconsistent information to get to the truth, and worked to broker a deal that secured me my house at the best price we could arrange.

Jodi made a lot of time to work with me! We only worked together for about a month and a half, but we saw dozens of houses together and she packaged several half day tours of available houses for me. Jodi rearranged her plans to accommodate me when there was a house I wanted to see and she even came back early from a vacation to be with me during my closing!

Jodi knows the North Shore and she is clearly respected and known in the Wakefield/Reading/North Reading real estate market. She knew many of the seller's agents. When I needed folks to help with my closing or service providers to help me get set up in the new house, Jodi was there was a referral and all the folks she recommended were excellent.

I'm grateful to Jodi for her candor, her hustle, and her advocacy for me. She was great to work with!

I was fortunate enough to find Jodi on Zillow and she is the reason I have my house now. As a new homeowner the process can be daunting but Jodi explained it ever step of the way. She was able to negotiate so well with the seller that I was able to get a home over a cash bid!! That should be a testament to her skills as an agent. If I ever need any assistance with buying or selling a home, I know I will call Jodi! I highly recommend her.

As a first time homeowner during a tough market, it was really helpful to have a knowledgeable and personable agent like Jodi. My partner and I met Jodi at an open house and knew right away that we wanted to work with she shared some great tips with us on the areas to look, transparency and her tips! We knew she would be able to get us the space we wanted without having to comprise too much. She was readily available via text, provided updates, met with us for private viewings and went with us to some open houses. She also helped us land a new roof on our home (which was only our second offer ever). With her help, we were able to smoothly land our first home in MA and share some laughs along the way.

Third time’s a charm! Priscilla helped me purchase my very first home in Salem back in 2001. She worked effortlessly to help me find the perfect place. She quickly sold my parent’s home in North Reading in 2010. Now she’s helped us sell our Salem home in record time. We live in Florida and were unable to make it back to Massachusetts when our tenants moved out. Priscilla stepped in and offered to do it all: she arranged for painters, cleaners, handyman, landscapers and trash removal. In 6 days Priscilla had an open house; we received two offers over asking price in less than 24 hours. I couldn’t have done it without Priscilla and her amazing team!
