Throughout Jodi’s career she has had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people and she is extremely grateful she helped them find their dream property. Jodi’s started her real estate career as a waterfront property specialist helping buyers find vacation homes on lakes and rivers throughout the Southern Minnesota and lake areas up North. As she traveled frequently to showcase luxury homes on sought after lakes she also sold residential, commercial, new construction, hobby farms, tillable land and assisted in the sale of local businesses. With the recent move to Lake City area she is now dabbling in new construction building on waterfront on Lake Pepin. Her dream and goal is to help buyers find their lake home or riverfront property and assist sellers in getting their property ready to sell. With so many connections made throughout her years in sales and customer service she is excited to bring new clients to this area. Jodi has been married to Pat Gillard for 25 years and they have 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
