Jodie Franklin

Jodie Franklin loves helping her clients find their dream homes or sell their houses to achieve their next goals. She has been working hard for her clients for over 15 years throughout southeast Michigan and has experienced every kind of transaction there is.
Helping her community and being involved is extremely important to Jodie. She was the 2017 and 2018 President of the Michigan Ability Partners board, which helps Veterans and people with disabilities reach independent, self-supported, and satisfying lives. She served on the board of Uptown Village of Milan HOA for over 12 years, was a member of the City of Milan Tax Review Board and Zoning Board, and was involved in Milan Main Street. She was a board member for Paddock PTO and continues to be a board member for Symons PTO. Jodie is a committed sponsor of many events for MAP, Aid in Milan, Milan Main Street, and many other organizations that strive to make their community better.
Jodie had the privilege of being one of 14 Realtors in the state to be chosen for and complete the 2017 Michigan Leadership Academy. She was honored to be the 2018 President of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, where she has sat on many committees over the years. She was humbled to be named the Ann Arbor Area Realtor of the Year in 2016 and a State of Michigan Realtor of the Year Nominee. Jodie is beyond honored to be elected to a Board of Directors for Michigan Realtors.
She has lived in Milan since 2003 with her husband Cliff her son Evan, who goes to Symons Elementary, and her dog Rosie.
