I contacted numerous real estate agents when moving to Sedona before I tried Jody, and they never called me back! Then I contacted Jody and she immediately had me on a conference call with her partner Cheyenne for an hour discussing what I was looking for not only in a home to buy, but in a home to rent until I was ready to buy. They got me in touch with local property managers and previewed the rentals on FaceTime with me as I was not able to be there in person and steered me from some that weren’t as great in person as they were in photos.

When I was ready to start looking to buy, they showed me a ton of houses, several that weren’t listed yet. They have loads of contacts to find those hidden not-quite-yet-listed listings. The negotiation were easy and I appreciated how much they worked for me as go between with the other agent and the sellers. All communication was immediate and they are terrific problem-solvers. They are lovely, knowledgeable people who were great to work with!

The day we met Jody Coleman, she was literally the only real estate agent in the office. Right away that told us something about her work ethic—and about the limited hours so many real estate agents in Sedona actually keep. What good fortune that was for us. Meeting Jody was the single best thing that happened to us in our Sedona home-buying experience, and we’d have probably given up had it not been for her and her team.

We relocated from the Midwest, and it took us over a year to find the home we finally knew was the one. Our wish list and goals for our Sedona home evolved significantly over that time as we came to understand how different this market is, letting go of some priorities while others rose to the top. Jody and her team stayed right in step with us as we evolved.

Her insights on Sedona’s highly competitive market, the intricacies surrounding CC&Rs and HOAs in this town, her analysis on values compared to asking prices and all her accreditations and awards in her industry really showed when we zeroed in on the home we finally knew was the one. Had we wound up with another realtor, I think we’d have cut bait on this dream months earlier, and it would have slipped through our fingertips. I can’t even put into words the amount of trust she and her team had earned from us by then, all the way through closing and even after, as the builder worked through the punch list with her hot on their tails to keep things moving.

It took us 17 months and 5 trips to find “the one” when it came to the home. But we sure found the one when it came to Jody. She’s hands down Sedona’s best buyers’ agent, backed by a team that’s focused on helping you find the right home. That day we walked into her office changed our lives. It took a big, bold, scary as hell yet thrilling dream and turned it into a breathtaking home we’re still pinching ourselves is ours. If Sedona is your dream too, Jody is the one who to help it come true.

Josh was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show us homes’ which is more telling about himself. He knows the in's and out's of the market. He was there when any questions arose and very patient with our needs even while working through a pandemic he was still there for all our needs. He's sensitive to making sure you're comfortable and all your needs are met. His honesty and realness was the biggest bonus of not having to read through the fine lines, he made our home buying experience the best. Josh always kept our best interest at heart, we couldn't have been happier with all that he did for us!! We would recommend him to any buyers as such a trusty-worthy agent!

Of all the real estate agents we have ever dealt with, Jody and her team are simply the best. Responsive, knowledgeable, with excellent negotiation skills are just a few of the qualities we contribute to them. Jody and her team made buying a house, which can be very stressful, a breeze from start to finish. Long distance, even overseas communication, was not at all a problem, Jody remained just as kind and responsive, as if we were living right around the corner.

TJ, and the whole Coleman Team for that matter were great, very knowledgeable, and helped us with every step of the process. I had a lot of “must haves” and needed a good price too. I received many great options that met all my needs. TJ was always available for calls, helped with all documentation, even while he was on vacation, which was unexpected and not something I had asked for, but shows his dedication and I really appreciated that.

Overall I felt very confident in my buying decision thanks in no small part to the Coleman team. Highly recommend working with them if you’re planning to moving to the verde valley. You won’t be disappointed.

We , also, were buying a home from across the country. Jody and TJ did everything to be our eyes , make sure all was right. They are very accommodating with their time and tireless in their energy. Jody is certainly intent on making the sale happen, but that is to everyone’s benefit!

Jody is very reassuring and treats you like family. She even showed us homes on Mother's day. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real-estate and works very closely with you to help you along in the process. She is always available to answer any questions and will get back to you quickly if any follow-up is needed. Jody is has excellent negotiation skills and makes sure the buyer is well taken care of in the contract.
For being fairly new to the real-estate business TJ is very well informed about the business and things regarding the Sedona area. He was very helpful in explaining certain aspects of the homes we looked at. TJ makes you very comfortable with his humor. We would highly recommend TJ when shopping for a home.

I was relocating from over 2,000 miles away and Jody was amazing! She answered my frantic calls (8AM is her 5AM), ran over to see homes I saw on line and video taped them for me, and at the last minute changed her entire schedule to accommodate myself and my spouse when we decided to come at the last minute, for a weekend, to look at homes. I believe she lined up at least 20-25 homes for us to tour that weekend and we found the perfect house! I cannot thank her enough. We closed on the house last week and I will soon be moving to Sedona, my life-long dream.

I am beyond thankful for having Jody to help me in my journey to becoming a homeowner! She worked with me over the course of 3 years so that I could purchase my first home before my 25th birthday.
