Jody stepped in the middle of a contested probate/ liquidation to help support the sale of a residential property. I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and knowledge. Her tenure and expertise brings tremendous value to the entire process not to mention her knowledge on probate and all actionables that come along with the Executor duties. Having Jody in our corner allowed us to easily navigate through what were truly class 5 rapids. Cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend her services to anyone. whether it be a straight forward need to market and sell or a complex selling or buying scenario. A++
