Jody is amazing!! Thanks to her we found the house we were looking for and at the right price. With the market being crazy right now my fiance and I were worried we wouldn't find a home anywhere near our budget, and she was the voice of reassurance and reason throughout that storm. Jody is an amazing real estate agent. We work with a lot of real estate agents and they are not created equal! Jody has an exuberant personality which makes your time with her really fun. But when it comes down to getting the job done she is an amazing negotiator who is proficient in getting her clients under contract. In this market that is tough. Jody is a very fun, realistic, prompt, no BS realtor. We happened upon her from a Zillow listing in Spokane. She has been very professional, patient and detail oriented. We have absolutely loved working with her for our transition back to Spokane. She caters to individual needs and does not give you a canned sales pitch.

Jody was a joy to work with. We reached out to Jody about a year before we were planning to list our house for sale. She walked through the property with us, discussed some ideas we had for improvement and what would be worth our time and expense. She gave suggestions for things to focus on and was always willing to answer our questions. Her husband even lent a hand when we were in a pinch! I can't say enough about her quick responses, taking time to educate us to be able to make the best decision for our family, and her overall character. We plan to reach out to Jody when we are in the market to purchase in that area again and I recommend her to everyone.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Jody in finding our house. Mid-pandemic this girl showed us tons and tons of houses. Not to mention her immediate responsiveness, in a market like this, you'll never get a house unless your realtor is on it! Jody was just that. You should be joined at the hip with your realtor. The moment I messaged her, she got right back to me. We finally found our house, which took a while but she was always so patient. Even after like 50 or more showing!!! She is #1 in Spokane!!

Jody is an exceptional Real Estate Broker. I met Jody who brought me a buyer to one of my listings. I was impressed with her amazing way she communicated with me. Representing her clients with the utmost integrity. Honest and exceptional service to her clients. During this transaction the inspector hadn't reported correctly an issue with the roof. Jody and I met with the seller and buyer at the property and both got on the roof and found out it was in great condition. We also had the roofer write a letter for the buyers. Jody represented her clients and I represented my seller and it was a successful sale for the buyer and seller. Its important to work together to get the transaction. Completed for a happy seller and buyer. We worked together and found mutual respect for each other as professionals. Jody is also exceptional with emotional integrity. I reccomend Jody as a true professional in Real Estate.
