Jody Rosen

Jody has been a resident of Northern Westchester for more than twenty-five years. During this time, she has been an active real estate investor and interior designer. She has resided in seven different homes throughout the area, five of which she did major renovations on and two she built from the ground up. She loves everything about the lifestyle in Northern Westchester and is very excited to pair her experience and knowledge of design and building with her passion for real estate. She is uniquely well positioned to serve her clients with a well thought out creative approach to buying or selling a home.

Many of Jody's homes, renovations and designs have been featured in publications including Bedford Magazine, as well as on News 12. Her homes are frequently used as the venue for commercial and magazine shoots.

Jody is able to provide her clients with a wide range of services, whether it be staging a property or meeting with local tradesmen and architects to discuss potential renovations and changes to create your dream home. Jody understands through her own many experiences in buying and selling and renovating homes that the process can be incredibly emotional, stressful, and complicated. She will work tirelessly to ensure her clients experiences are as stress free and positive as possible.
