Jody has helped us on both the buy and sell sides in a complex market. She worked tirelessly to sell our rental house (which was occupied at the time) and also find our dream home in our price range and with all the features we desired. Our offer was one of many and not the strongest but Jody still helped our offer rise to the top of the offers and acquire our dream home. She was available late at night and always with a positive, humorous attitude. I referred her to a close friend, who also found she went above and beyond to coordinate her transactions. I can refer Jody without reservation. She will make your transactions orderly and as stress free as possible when buying or Selkirk your home.

Jody was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process of selling our house, and made things go smoothly. And when the buyers loan agent messed up taking a week off and didn’t have anyone cover while he was gone, Jody took care of business and got the ball rolling again so the house could still close on time. I would definitely recommend Jody, she’s fabulous!

I have used Jody Wilhelm twice and both experiences have been great! Most recently, besides the normal great help she gave us in preparing to sale the house, but she also helped us locate a great realtor as we were moving out of state. She communicated with us regularly and offered great advice as we negotiated the sale and repair of the home. Most importantly, the loan for the loan for the buyers of our home was lagging due to some negligence of the loan agency which would delay the sale of the home and affect our own home purchase, but Jody stepped in and contacted the banking personnel which sped up the process and the loan closed on time! My experience with Jody Wilhelm on both home sales is that she will make sure that you have the best representation possible and I would recommend her as an agent!

Jody is an amazing realtor. She has a lot of knowledge of the business and is so personable. We worked with her to find our dream home and to sell our first home. She was available to us constantly; it didn't matter what time of day. We had questions and she had the answers!
