Jody is a master negotiator. I was so very emotional about the entire purchase of this home (the lake house we always dreamed of) and Jody kept me grounded. She coached me and made sure I was making good strategic decisions, rather than emotional ones. I totally would have just bought the house, but with her help I got the home with a new A/C unit, a new furnace, and a new roof! I can’t imagine purchasing a home WITHOUT an agent. She’s a gift. My partner and I purchased just our home during this crazy housing market. We were anxious and not sure what to expect with the process. With that being said I cannot express enough how lucky and thankful we were to work with Jody and her team!

Jody and her team never offered us properties that weren't what we were looking for. They respected our boundaries during the process and offered valuable feedback. Jody and her team were incredibly kind, professional, insightful, creative, patient, and were truly good human beings during this process.

They are a fun group to work with. Collectively they made what could have been a hellish experience end up worthwhile with a happy ending. I say that despite it taking us over a year to find a house and having to back out of two houses. However, despite the difficulty Jody and her team stuck by us. Jody helped me buy and sell a home. The process was pretty straight forward on the purchase, however on the sale several issue came up during closing of 2 different buyers. Jody and Denay stuck with it, came up with some creative fixes for the extended close length needed by the buyer, and helped me get through to close on the sale of my home. They are both very kind and knowledgeable.
When I told Jody I needed to sell, she had a stager there in 2 days, and photos in 3 for a nice listing in 4. By day 7 we had several offers to decide on. Also, she is great at recommending people for specific tasks. Pat Cary was great for obtaining my loan on my purchase, contractors Jody knows were great during the sale.

I have had the opportunity to sell two houses with Jody Zink and her team – one in 2013 and one 2020. In both instances the houses sold quickly, for a fair price. Also, in both instances, I did EXACTLY what Jody said to do. It turns out that while I consider myself an expert in what I do for a living, I am not an expert in real estate. So I just listen to the advice of someone who is.
In 2013 when the housing slump was in full swing we put our house on the market. We did everything Jody and her stager said to do – paint, remove decorative excess, etc. – we received a fair offer in six weeks. In fact, in a neighborhood of 200 houses it was the first house that sold that wasn’t a foreclosure that year.
In 2020 I had to sell my mother’s house. It was a highly emotional time and a challenging sale. We did almost everything Jody and her stager said to do. This time it involved emptying the house, cleaning it and having it staged with furniture and decorations. We chose not to do a few expensive upgrades, and that was fine. We had a fair offer in two weeks.
When you hire a Realtor, you’re paying a commission for a service. That services is NOT just listing and showing your house. It’s the expertise that comes from hundreds of transactions and the trends that can be spotted. Jody and her team are more than willing to hold your hand and walk you through the real estate wilderness. Let them.

We decided to sell very last minute and they were there to answer every question we had and get us on the market very quickly. Our experience with Jody Zinc and her team was an interesting one. We decided to start the process of selling and buying a new home during a very strange time in the world. Most businesses had shut down and I was at home because I am an educator. The pandemic made us nervous to say the least about continuing the process of selling our current home and buying a new one. BUT we trucked through it thanks to the AMAZING professionalism, flexibility, and teamwork displayed by Jody Zinc and her team.

I never expected the process of selling our home and buying a new one to be so easy! Her team was knowledgable, assertive, available, and fun! I knew that any questions I had was just a quick text away. My husband and I were never left wondering where we were in the process of buying and selling. They kept us in the loop the whole time and even made it fun with light hearted humor about how crazy this all was!

Jody's team knowledgeably priced our house and her team of stagers made it look beautiful! They told us from the start that they had a formula for getting us at least five offers on the first open house and they were't lying. We had more than five! The one we went with was an easy transaction and we were able to get over asking price!

The process was a strange one, as we were pushing forward in the midst of a pandemic. If these ladies were ever worried about all the changes they were facing, it never showed. Their confidence kept us pushing forward. And we are so glad we did because our growing family is now living in the home of our dreams and we profited quite substantially from the sale of our old home.

I can't talk this team up enough. They are dedicated and fun to work with. It was obvious from day one of the process that these women love what they do and it shows in their performance.

Jody and her team were amazing. She was very understanding when I seemed to be changing my needs as I was buying a house not just for me, but also for my parents to move in with me. My dad kept changing what his vision for a forever home was and Jody was so understanding.

I had a great experience with Team Jody Zink. From the initial listing interview to close Jody and Denay provided very professional service and excellent communications.

Prior to the official listing, I was provided with an excellent photographer and an Interior Designer both of which helped to showcase my house in the best possible light.

The listing period was very short as my house was sold in five days. Once I received an offer on the house they walked me through the inspection and appraisal process and kept me appraised of all new developments.

I was very impressed on the day I first contacted Jody Zink's office.
I gave all the information on my Mom's house to one of her associates.
4-5 hours later, a young lady came to my door and she presented to me
a package on my Mom's house; when we showed it 10 years ago and also what similar properties were going for in the area.

Her office associates were always available to ask questions from the beginning of the process right to the end when the house was sold and also at the closing. It was very impressive.

Jody gave us a target date of when to show the house. My family and friends were helping to get the house ready to show. Believe it or not, the house hit the market right on August 21st like she said. And that was when the sign was put in the yard.

The process of how Jody's team worked out well. From the time she aimed to get it on the market; having the house staged and when we finally found the right buyer for the house....a family finding a house for a family 4 children and their parents. I was glad that we helped a family find what they wanted and we were satisfied on the return we received for my Mom.
