Joe Armstrong

Moving to Steamboat Springs in 1991, Joe had one thing on his mind: ski as much as possible and do whatever it took to make that happen. After having a blast for three years of 100 plus days per winter in ski boots, Joe decided to start his next chapter here in Steamboat.

Since then, Joe has owned, built, bought, and sold a few small businesses. During this run he built his first home in 1999 in Steamboat and acted as the General Contractor for the project. This experience inspired Joe to not only continue in the construction field but also prompted him to get his real estate license. For the past several years Joe has been involved with the development and building of both residential and commercial projects. Joe can get your property ready for the market no matter how big or small the job is. He enjoys helping others enter the market with their own ideas and can help bring those ideas to life. He looks for investment properties and great real estate opportunities for his clients and would never consider properties that he wouldn't entertain himself.
