About Joe

Jobst W. F. “Joe” Blachy, the owner and Principal Managing Broker is the Founder of Jobst Development LLC - PETOSKEY REAL ESTATE GROUP.

Joe has been a Petoskey citizen for over forty years. He has been fortunate enough to have worked with a high-quality Real Estate Brokerage in Petoskey for over 20 years. During that time, he was the “Rookie of the Year” for the entire state-wide Company. A few years ago, he was the top-producing Realtor for the 900 Agent Company. Joe is proud to have been in the Top 5% of Sales Professionals every year.

Prior to being involved in his business passion he was National Marketing Manager for SEARS’ Home Electronics Division. For over 20 years he owned and managed the First-Class Interior Design and Kitchen Design firm known as PUFF’S OF PETOSKEY.

Joe Blachy has also specialized in marketing Commercial and Industrial Properties, as well as working with Developments. One of his projects was the development of Mitchell Hills in Petoskey. He also built the very first house, that was ever completed in Bay Harbor.

Recently, Joe Blachy was named Best of Zillow a designation earned only by the Top 5% of Zillow Realtors.
