Joe started his career in the Washington D.C. area as a litigation sales consultant where he developed exceptional partnerships with multiple legal teams to market the best software solutions for their everyday technology challenges. Exceptional customer service is a virtue Joe exhibited with every client transaction across multiple markets. Joe then transitioned into the real estate business where he joined a top-producing team exhibiting his natural ability to establish robust partnerships with his clients to ensure their complete satisfaction with every purchase or sale. His profound knowledge of the real estate industry and remarkable production advanced Joe's decision to establish his own independent operations. Family being a top priority, Joe and Lindsey relocated to the Carolinas to spend quality time with relatives and to enjoy the well-renowned southern hospitality and way of life. In 2011, Joe and Lindsey moved to Greenville, South Carolina, and founded their own real estate business. As Broker in Charge of Blackton Property Partners Joe volunteers his time to his local Real Estate Associations, sits on the Board of Directors for the HBA Sales and Marketing Council, and enjoys giving back by inviting each client into his own home for a formal dinner to say thank you for their business. Joe and Lindsey have been blessed with this successful venture which has provided them the ability to exponentially expand within the industry across the upstate area year after year.
