Simply put, Joe is incredible. He was able to secure our dream home for us not only under asking price, but with additional money back from the seller’s at close. This is not an easy feat in today’s crazy market! Joe was a pleasure to work with all around - he was easily available to reach by phone or text, worked with our odd schedules to show us houses, never pressured us to put offers in above what we were comfortable, and he always carried himself with the utmost level of professionalism. His passion for real estate is evident and we were truly grateful for his expertise to guide us as first-time home buyers. On top of that, he is also just a fun and down-to-earth person to be around. This is a "just the pertinent facts" review for the reader who is looking for a professional realtor:

Joe Bonner of Northrop Realty sold my Dad's house in 30 days -- from the listing going live on 23 November 2022, to closing day on 23 December 2022 (with funds transferred).

At a time when mortgage rates had doubled, house sales had begun a precipitous decline (year-over-year & month-over-month), and heading into winter (sale closed on 23 December), Joe proposed a comprehensive, accelerated home sale process that included a full-service referral to handle the "clear & clean" of the contents & interior along with repairs, the staging (pics, 3D, and virtual tour) to capture the essence & potential of the house, a well-reasoned (and defended) listing price, and a 1st weekend (of active listing) Open House.

Joe's carefully crafted process culminated in multiple interested buyers by the end of that first weekend, including the offer that ultimately closed. At one critical juncture in the negotiations between the offer and closing, Joe made a key recommendation that finalized the sale.

Throughout the process, and even as we sat at the closing table, Joe was insistent that praise for our successful outcome be shared with his team at Northrop Realty (they really are fantastic!).....and I am insistent that Joe deserves at least whatever share of praise that he'll allow for himself. I recommend Joe Bonner highly to anyone looking for a professional realtor.

Joe is super efficient and very professional. It’s our first time to buy a house and we knew almost nothing about the process before we met Joe. He helped us deal with all the details from hunting houses to settle the offer and to close the purchase. Joe is so responsive and we never got his reply of a text or a call later than 10 minutes.

Exceptional. From day one when we met Joe he was very professional. His responsiveness and professionalism is what made us decide to go with him when we were ready to sell our house. He was open and honest and down to earth. We just sold our house on 4/30/21. We had the nightmare of all buyers. The stress pilled up as numerous issues raised on the buyers end. I have never in my life seen some of the things that the buyers, Agent, Lender and title company did. Shocking. Joe calmed us down and fought for us. He took it on as if it were personal to him and devoted his time to ensure that everything was worked out and spent countless hours with the issues that had come up. All in a calm and professional manner he handled it well. We received the highest sale in the history of our community. He works to know the ins and outs of the area to get you the best price for your sale. On the flip side he also had his hands full with us on the buyers end. Our check list was pretty demanding and unique with what we wanted. We had him all over the map. From Frederick, Howard, Carroll, Anne Arundel Co and then to Calvert he gladly took the time to find our our new home. I am excited to say that we will be settling on our new home on May 26th with the tremendous help of Joe. We have grown to know him professionally and personally. If you want someone to take the time, effort and care it takes to gain the trust it is so hard to obtain now a days then Joe is your guy. He cares about what he does and who he works with.
