Joe Carpenter

I am a Corsicana native who is deeply rooted in Navarro County with a strong desire to serve our community. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and then went on to gain 25 years of customer service experience as a Membership/Marketing Director and Director of Special Events for a large Non-Profit Organization. I am also a licensed Texas Insurance Agent who specializes in property/casualty and health & life. I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, going to church, and being active in my daughter’s school, where I used to teach. I love meeting new people and serving my community.
