Joe is an all-around great guy. He really knows the Charlotte market and has surrounded himself with other great professionals. They provided us such a high level of confidence in each decision we made through our home buying process. The Carteret Team guided our thought process while balancing our needs and wants with a realistic view of what we might not be considering or thinking about as first time home buyers. This market is tough on buyers and Joe secured our home UNDER asking. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone buying or selling real estate.

The whole team was amazing start to selling of my moms house. Joe and the team were very detailed and easy to work with. Made the entire process easy for us and
My mother. Even though I was 200 miles away from the action, they kept me in the loop and made sure mom was comfortable and knowledgeable about the whole process. Not only do they have the best interest of their clients in mind…. They listen to their clients needs and thoughts and ideas. In this market things are hectic and fast, but this team is able to make it flow effortless and easily. I can not recommend this team MORE. Seriously…. They treated every moment like family and a friend and to this day I consider them all friends and our whole family is appreciative for all they did and continue to do!!

After talking with multiple agencies and going through a long list of local real estate agencies, we decided to go with Joe Carteret and it was the best decision we could have made. He was so professional and attentive throughout the selling process, always listening to our needs and going above and beyond to make it happen. Unlike all of the other realtors we spoke with, Joe wasn't pushy or robotic, and more importantly he believed in selling the house at the number we knew it was worth. He was so helpful throughout the process of prepping the house for showings and was very accommodating to working around my schedule. Trying to sell a house in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic could have been very challenging but Joe made it so seamless and was beyond respectful of my request for everyone entering the house to wear a mask. Selling a house can be so stressful but Joe made it a fast and smooth process, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
