I reactivated my real estate investing activities the beginning of 2021. I found Joe on Craigslist. There was something I liked about the feeling of his post. When we connected, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he is a seasoned investor.

He has been a tremendous asset in getting me off to a good start. He has often gone to look at properties I expressed an interest in to let me know if it was even worth scheduling a visit.

As we walk through a property he shares so much information about the condition of the house, explaining things that may be of concern, and shared ideas on how to renovate without spending too much money or over-renovating.

He provides honest feedback. So I know he is not just trying to make a quick buck. He wants to make sure the purchase will be a good investment for his clients. He's outright told me that some properties weren't worth the money they were asking.

I'm blessed to have Joe on my wealth building team. I highly recommend him, especially to new real estate investors.

My husband and I met Joe in March when we started looking for a home, we didn’t know what it was that we wanted but Joe was extremely helpful, responsive, supportive and engaging to figure out what we were looking for. The process of finding a home took months as we had a budget and we were being outbid on every home we put an offer on.... to the point where we were ready to call quits on Home buying. Joe found us the PERFECT home in a great town! He even went out of his way to find us a broker and really guided us through our first home purchase. Joe was a fantastic realtor! I came to Joe lost, filled with questions, and very misinformed by a previous inexpirienced realtor. Joe never tried to overstep anyone's toes but informed me of all I needed to know about buying a first home, as well as all my loan options. The house I ended up going with needed to be De'winterized. I had such an issue trying to come up with the people I needed on my own in order to have my inspection, however, Joe was not letting me get stressed or worried! He reached out to some good plumbers and people he knows who came to my aid on the strength of him and right away!! Joe goes above and beyond for his clients!! I am very happy I used him and if I ever purchase again in the future, I will be using Joe! I was able to email Jo at any point in time and he always got back to me in a timely fashion.
