Joe Fusco

Joe has maintained a successful career in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 30 years serving the Inland Empire and surrounding areas in Southern California. He has had his real estate license since 1987 and obtained his Brokers license in 1990.

Joe is a Cal Poly Pomona alumnus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration. After graduating, he transitioned into the real estate and mortgage industry. He was part of a pilot program and successful launching of the Freddie Mac REO Disposition Program which disposed of thousands of homes nationwide.

Currently, Joe’s focus is real estate, specializing in REO, residential, investment, commercial. He has experience working with investors, flips, and construction. He is a RES.NET REO Certified Agent, SFR Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certified through NAR, and is familiar with other platforms such as REO Network, Equator, and Pyramid Platform. Currently, Joe is licensed in California and Nevada with Arizona coming soon.
