Joe Hickman

Joe, a Kent County "farm boy" has maintained one of the Top 100 Farm Management Businesses as named by Agri-Finance Magazine since 1992.

As a Board member and past president of the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy, Joe promotes sensible land use through his work on his family farm and also those that he manages for clients locally and from all over the world.

Not only supporting traditional farm practices, Joe promotes soil health projects for carbon sequestration and habitat projects that promote water quality and support wildlife.

Joe and his wife Marianne have four children and two grandchildren who enjoy spending time together at "Black Horse Flag Farm" near Chestertown.
