Joe Hornstein

Joe Hornstein is a Principal and Co-Founder of NorthPeak Commercial Advisors. Joe is a recognized, top producing broker who specializes in advisory, consulting and transactional services with a particular focus on private client multifamily investment properties and has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Joe is well known by his colleagues and clients for his professionalism and integrity. By applying his deep rooted knowledge of the Colorado market, Joe is committed to helping his clients achieve financial success, while also forging a long term relationship with his clients that last well beyond a single transaction. Joe and his team have completed over 500 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $500 million in career sales and have worked with over 200 different investors, including private capital, institutional, trusts and affordable housing clients to assist them in accomplishing their desired investment goals.

Prior to starting AQYRE Real Estate Advisors, Joe served as a Principal at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. In this role, Joe was recognized for his client-focused commitment to results and ability to lead his team to the highest levels of performance. Since 2006, Hornstein was consistently one of the firm’s top three producing brokers, often earning recognition on DMCAR’s Heavy Hitters list for Top 10 Multifamily brokers in the Denver Metropolitan area.
