I have been a resident of the SW MO area most of my life and am very familiar with the real estate market here. After getting my real estate license in 2005 I decided to specialize in working as a buyers agent to assist buyers with finding just the right home to meet their needs. To help buyers get a good home inspector and negotiate home repairs. Buying a home is supposed to be a fun enjoyable experience and my intentions are to make it stress free for the buyer. I cover a big area of southwest Missouri, whether it be a condo in Springfield or a lake home in Branson I will work around a buyers schedule to show them homes at times that are convenient for them. With interest rates as low as they are currently it is a good time for the first time buyers to become home owners.
